Chestnut Hill Salon & Spa

From the moment I walked into Chestnut Hill Salon, I felt
at home. It was warm and comfortable, reminding me of
the Bed and Breakfasts that I ran early in my career.

Carla was in the process of renovating after water damage
had destroyed the lower level and was planning a grand
reopening soon. She said that during this process she felt
angels watching over her, which translated into a beautiful
angel logo that we designed. And the website's Victorian
prints, fairy tale theme and beauty quotes matched the
look and feel of her new space perfectly.

We decided on a "What is true beauty" theme for the
reopening, and were thrilled with the reception. We asked
guests to write down what true beauty meant to them. The
answers were inspiring, just like Carla, and her staff.

"I would like to speak about the work ethics of
Diana Kostigen. She has been doing website
design work for Mountain Park Environmental
Center (MPEC) for over one year now. She is a
hard worker with fantastic communication skills
that sets her apart from all other web designers.

MPEC approached Diana after the launch of
MPEC's full website redesign. The original
redesign had several major flaws and was not fully
operational. Additionally, MPEC was having a hard
time getting the previous designer to fix the flaws.
After discussing the flaws with Diana, she
informed MPEC that she could fix them. Within
two weeks the very large website was up and fully
functional. Since the site has been operational, I
have asked Diana to update the site with MPEC's
current activities on a monthly basis. I send the
update information on Wednesday and the site is
updated by the end of the weekend. Even with my
lack knowledge of website terminology, Diana
understands completely what I am trying to tell her
I'd like to see with the website!
